VenzoraIT Systems
UI/UX design

Interfaces that reduce the support queue.

Research, interaction design and design systems for software people use all day — where a saved click compounds across thousands of sessions.

Overview

Research, interaction design and design systems for software people use all day — where a saved click compounds across thousands of sessions.

Consumer design patterns often work badly for operational software. Someone entering their two-hundredth claim of the week needs density, keyboard paths and predictable placement far more than they need generous whitespace and a carousel.

We design in a system rather than in screens. Tokens, components and documented states mean the tenth feature looks like the first, and your engineers stop rebuilding the same dropdown.

Capabilities

What this practice covers

Four areas we are asked for most within ui/ux design.

Discovery and research

Contextual interviews, task analysis and usability testing with the people who do the work.

Interaction design

Flows, wireframes and prototypes tested before a line of production code is written.

Design systems

Tokens, components and usage documentation in Figma, mirrored in code.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 AA as a design constraint, including keyboard paths and screen reader flows.

Delivery

How the work runs

The same six stages as every Venzora engagement, scaled to the size of the problem.

01

Discovery

We map the current system, the constraints and the people who depend on it, then agree what success has to look like.

02

Architecture

Technical design, integration plan and a delivery sequence that puts the riskiest assumptions first.

03

Design

Interface and interaction design in a shared design system, validated with the people who will use it daily.

04

Build

Two-week increments, trunk-based, with automated checks running on every commit and demos you can click.

05

Assurance

Functional, performance, accessibility and security testing before anything touches a production tenant.

06

Run

Deployment, monitoring and an agreed SLA — plus the documentation your team needs to own it themselves.

Questions

Before you commit

The things clients ask us about this service most often.

Yes. Most of our design work extends an existing identity rather than replacing it. Where the brand genuinely blocks usability, we will say so and show the evidence.
Yes, as a standalone engagement. You receive the full design system and specifications, whoever ends up building it.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

We will put an engineer and an architect on the first call — not a salesperson. You leave with a scope, a rough range and a delivery shape.
