Privacy policy

How Venzora IT Systems collects, uses and protects personal information.

Last updated 1 August 2026. This page is a plain-language summary of our practices and is not a substitute for the terms in a signed services agreement.

1. Who we are

Venzora IT Systems (“Venzora”, “we”, “us”) is an IT services company registered in California, United States, with its head office at 1631 S Main St, Milpitas, CA 95035. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@venzoraitsystems.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you submit a contact form, request a proposal, apply for a role or subscribe to our newsletter. That typically includes your name, work email address, telephone number, employer and whatever you choose to write in a free-text field. We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring page and pages visited, in order to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver proposals, administer recruitment, send the newsletter you asked for, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and securing our site, consent for marketing email, contractual necessity for delivering services, and legal obligation where retention is required by law.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for security and session handling, and optional analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate. Optional cookies are set only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact. Recruitment records are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Client project records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by contract and applicable law, typically seven years.

7. Sharing and processors

We use a small number of vetted processors for email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics and applicant tracking. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only act on our documented instructions. A current list is available on request.

8. International transfers

Our teams operate across the Americas, Europe and South Asia. Where personal data moves outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer risk assessment.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, email support@venzoraitsystems.com; we respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We apply access controls on a least-privilege basis, encrypt data in transit and at rest, log administrative access, and review our security posture at least annually. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

11. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be signposted on this page.
