VenzoraIT Systems
Cloud solutions

Cloud architecture that survives contact with your finance team.

Migration is the easy half. Running efficiently afterwards — with predictable costs, real resilience and a team that can operate it — is where most cloud programmes come apart.

Overview

Migration is the easy half. Running efficiently afterwards — with predictable costs, real resilience and a team that can operate it — is where most cloud programmes come apart.

We work across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and we are equally willing to tell you that part of your estate should stay where it is. Lift-and-shift has its place; so does refactoring; so does leaving a stable mainframe integration alone for another three years.

Every engagement includes a FinOps baseline. We have yet to review an estate where 20–40% of spend was not recoverable through right-sizing, storage tiering and killing orphaned resources.

Capabilities

What this practice covers

Four areas we are asked for most within cloud solutions.

Migration and replatforming

Assessment, wave planning and execution — with rollback points at every wave boundary.

Hybrid and multi-cloud

Consistent networking, identity and deployment across on-premise and multiple cloud providers.

Platform engineering

Kubernetes, Terraform and internal developer platforms your team can actually operate.

FinOps and cost control

Tagging discipline, showback reporting and committed-use planning tied to real forecasts.

Delivery

How the work runs

The same six stages as every Venzora engagement, scaled to the size of the problem.

01

Discovery

We map the current system, the constraints and the people who depend on it, then agree what success has to look like.

02

Architecture

Technical design, integration plan and a delivery sequence that puts the riskiest assumptions first.

03

Design

Interface and interaction design in a shared design system, validated with the people who will use it daily.

04

Build

Two-week increments, trunk-based, with automated checks running on every commit and demos you can click.

05

Assurance

Functional, performance, accessibility and security testing before anything touches a production tenant.

06

Run

Deployment, monitoring and an agreed SLA — plus the documentation your team needs to own it themselves.

Questions

Before you commit

The things clients ask us about this service most often.

No. Infrastructure is defined in Terraform and workloads are containerised wherever it makes sense, so the exit path stays open. Where we do use a managed service, we document what replacing it would involve.
That is our preference. We typically embed for a quarter, transfer the patterns, and step back to advisory.

We will put an engineer and an architect on the first call — not a salesperson. You leave with a scope, a rough range and a delivery shape.
