VenzoraIT Systems
AI and machine learning

Models are the small part. The data contract is the project.

We build machine learning and applied AI systems that hold up in production — where inputs drift, labels are scarce and someone has to explain the output to a regulator.

Overview

We build machine learning and applied AI systems that hold up in production — where inputs drift, labels are scarce and someone has to explain the output to a regulator.

The teams getting real value from ML are rarely the ones with the most sophisticated models. They are the ones who fixed their data pipelines first, defined what a correct prediction means, and built a feedback loop that catches drift before a customer does.

We are candid about when the answer is not machine learning at all. A well-specified rules engine beats an under-trained model in plenty of operational settings, and it is far cheaper to audit.

Capabilities

What this practice covers

Four areas we are asked for most within ai and machine learning.

Applied ML engineering

Forecasting, classification, anomaly detection and recommendation systems on your own operational data.

LLM and document automation

Retrieval pipelines, extraction and assistive tooling with evaluation harnesses and human review built in.

MLOps

Feature stores, model registries, drift monitoring and repeatable retraining pipelines.

Data foundations

The warehouse, contracts and quality checks that everything above depends on.

Delivery

How the work runs

The same six stages as every Venzora engagement, scaled to the size of the problem.

01

Discovery

We map the current system, the constraints and the people who depend on it, then agree what success has to look like.

02

Architecture

Technical design, integration plan and a delivery sequence that puts the riskiest assumptions first.

03

Design

Interface and interaction design in a shared design system, validated with the people who will use it daily.

04

Build

Two-week increments, trunk-based, with automated checks running on every commit and demos you can click.

05

Assurance

Functional, performance, accessibility and security testing before anything touches a production tenant.

06

Run

Deployment, monitoring and an agreed SLA — plus the documentation your team needs to own it themselves.

Questions

Before you commit

The things clients ask us about this service most often.

No, but it changes the sequencing. We usually spend the first phase on data foundations and hire alongside you, so the system has an owner before we hand it over.
Model choice is driven partly by the explanation you need to give. In regulated settings we favour interpretable models and always ship model cards documenting training data, limits and known failure modes.

We will put an engineer and an architect on the first call — not a salesperson. You leave with a scope, a rough range and a delivery shape.
